Midlothian Young Carers Project are hosting some events during the week of Wednesday 16th March 2022 which is Young Carers Action Day.
This national event aims to raise the profile of young carers and the projects that support them. There are other events planned but we would like to bring to your attention the following events:
Young Carers drop in for education staff- come and find out about the work of the project and how you can support young carers in your educational setting on Monday 14th March 4-5pm

Young Carers 3 Year Plan- this session is for young carers and their families to look at the 3 year plan, 2022-25, and help us decide the priorities for the year 2022-23. Drop in and have a chat with the staff at some point between 7- 8.30pm on Monday 14th March

Drop in to come and find out about Midlothian Young Carers project- particularly aimed at families who think they might have a young carer in their family on Wednesday 16th March 7-8pm

Pop in to see us on Thursday 17th March between 3.30pm-5pm. Bring your own coffee and biscuits, meet the staff and here about the work we are doing to support local young carers
