Please join us for the Tynewater Christmas Fair on 5 December 2015 from 10.00 until 13.00.
Last year’s fair was a great success, raising over £1,235 which we have used to fund items like purchasing iPads for use in each class and providing funding for the P7 leavers’ event and hoodies. Please help us make the 2015 fair even better than the 2014 one.
We’ve arranged with the school that Friday 4th December will be a dress-down day. What’s the catch? We would kindly request donations of filled jam jars (filled with small items like sweets, hair clips, marbles, etc.), home baking, bottles of wine, old books and items to put into our raffle hampers. We will leave a box by the front door to collect donations. You can even drop them off in advance!
We have a Magic show between (tickets £2 each in advance from the School Office) and we even believe that Santa might make an appearance in the special Tynewater Grotto after the Magician concludes his show.
We will again be running the ever popular festive café offerings too. Please turn up early since this usually sells out fast.
Similar to 2014 we will be running the Money Tree again – Small envelopes will be sent home, we ask you to place a donation of between 20p and £5 inside and return it to school. At the fair for the cost of £1 you can choose an envelope from the money tree and keep the contents!

We are increasingly relying on a very small group of people to run these events. Could you spare a little time during the fair to help out on a stall – even 30 minutes would be a huge help. Again speak to a Parent Council member or email at the address below to offer your help.
