Midlothian Football Homework Programme

With most sports closed down due to COVID-19 we are concerned that physical activity drops among the young children in Midlothian and Scotland as a whole.

In a bid to keep children engaged and active we have been busy coming up with a homework programme with lots of fun football challenges to keep them going and getting a sweat on. Challenges can be done indoor or in the garden.

Starting this evening we will be releasing a daily challenge for the children (adults are also welcome) to attempt and try to complete.

Mix It Up Supper – Friday 13 March CANCELLED

It is with regret that we have cancelled the Mix It Up Supper event tonight in Pathhead Village Hall.
While the actual risk of this event spreading the Coronavirus is probably very low, cancelling it is the socially responsible thing to do. We have no wish to expose anyone in our community to any unnecessary risk, no matter how small. With the advice from the authorities changing so fast, it is entirely possible that we would have no choice but to do this anyway.
We will be looking to re-schedule the Mix It Up Supper as soon as possible. Sincere apologies to all those who were intending to join us. We look forward to the next one.
